Mark C. DeBiase, President Mr. DeBiase received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Physics from the Colorado School of Mines, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. Earlier in his career, at Ford Motor Company, he was responsible for financial analysis at six Transmission & Chassis Division factories, and later, at American Brass Company, he was in charge of all corporate financial planning and analysis. Before joining PhilanthroCorp, he was responsible for all aspects of Plummer Precision Optics in Singapore, where he and staff transformed a declining company into a growing, profitable enterprise. |

D. David Keesling, Senior Vice-President, Co-Founder Following a ten-year development career with Project Concern International (1969-1979), Dave was appointed to begin the planned giving program for the Young Life Foundation, where he served for six years. Today the foundation has a multi-million dollar endowment and continues to grow with PhilanthroCorp's involvement. In 1983 Dave founded Estate Design Inc., with the goal of providing independent charitable planning assistance for non-profit organizations and families. He served as President of the Christian Community Foundation from 1993 to 1996, to help smooth its relocation to the Colorado Springs area. In 1997 he merged Estate Design, Inc. with PhilanthroCorp. Dave's undergraduate work at the University of Kansas emphasized Political Science and International Relations |
